What to include
Include your SnapKeyNext version and edition, Windows version, the result you expected, what happened instead, and concise reproduction steps. Attach diagnostics only when they are relevant.
If a game ignores configured movement keys, enable Debug in Modules and use the input compatibility capture in Debug's Guide tab. Compare one capture with SnapTap enabled and another with it disabled. Copy the anonymous reports and describe what the game recognized. Windows accepting synthesized input does not prove the game received it.
Protect your privacy
Never send captured key identities, raw physical timing samples, credentials, recovery codes, or unrelated personal file paths. Redact screenshots and diagnostic excerpts before attaching them.
